The Maus experiense the Graphic Novel Reflection # 10

Maus was great, it was incredible and insightful because is not often you see a comic book or a graphic novel based on real life stories like the Holocaust. Comic books were all like naruto stuff but Maus showed me a different type reading and understanding comic or graphic novels. I will start by saying that the relationship between Artie and Vladek was pretty unorthodox, it was confusing to figure out Arties mind and how he felt about his father, and still I think a lot of people have the same problem. People sometimes see grown people as a bother rather than as a family that is how sometimes Artie sees Vladek. The novel was depicted by animal drawing it was curious aspect of the author but it made it more interesting, it made it more dramatic when the Germans were killing the Jews. Also the novel was really cruel it showed how they were treated and tortured. I think that is the reason why I enjoyed it so much, not that. If you see pictures of how the Nazis left Poland and the victims of it, it totally matches what the actual events of the true history of the Nazi campaign.
Maus led me to realize how fun graphic novel can be its very different from other comic I have read, although I have been a fan of some magna before reading this. It is definitely one great peas of written work. Some pictures tell us more and a than any word expressed by the author, they also can show us expression and feeling with those visual images. I really loved the novel. I’m definitely eager to read an other graphic novel again.
